Founded in 2013, Iconic Facility Management LLC is a well-known corporate service provider with a solid reputation for professionalism, integrity and dependability.
Providing a wide range of business solutions covering facilities management, customer experience programmes, tailored boutique investment advice, real estate consultation and ancilliary operational services.
Our aim is to create customized solutions for clients to complement their day to day operations, thus enabling them to keep ahead of their competition. Our years of experience has given us the opportunity to provide consistent and reliable service which has resulted in our clients choosing us as their preferred solutions provider.

RICHARD BULL
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Richard is a highly polished professional individual with over 25 years experience gained in the Customer Service Sector.
Previously working for major ‘ Blue Chip ' companies, such as, Lloyds Banking Group, Ford Motor Co, BMW, Volvo and more recently having being involved in the Dubai Real Estate market since 2006, being Rera qualified, although no longer practicing. He has worked in many Senior Management roles throughout UK, Europe and MENA Regions and has resided in Dubai for almost 10 years.
Having strong connections in Qatar also, where he has business and family interests, he is perfectly placed to assist, coach and mentor anyone wishing to improve customer service levels either locally or globally throughout the middle east region and of course, further afield.
Starting 'Iconic Facility Management LLC' seemed a natural progression for Richard as he always felt that he had 'More to Give' and now feels that by having his own company, he can share this vast experience with anyone wishing to employ his or the services of 'Iconic'.
